 For me it was WLS and WCFL from Chicago, WHAS in Louisville, WLW, and WWL and many more. Plus a whole other group of stations came in during the day. Here at Tybee we got WAPE and WPDQ from Jacksonville, WTMA from Charleston and from, Savannah WSGA, The Goodtimer.  |

 For as long as I can remember I wanted to be the guy on the radio... and my first on air job was at WBYG in Savannah, it was the summer of 1970 and I was 16 years

WBYG then moved over to WSGA when the chance came. Jerry Katz Les Allen, John
